Aside from commemorating Saint Patrick and his influence on religion in Ireland, one of the most historical ways to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day is to dance, drink, and most importantly, feast on delicious traditional Irish meals. To help you feel festive this St. Patrick’s Day, our Cosori chefs created 4 original recipes so you can get a taste of Ireland from the comfort of your own kitchen.
Corned Beef & Crispy Cabbage (CS358-AF)
This corned beef and crispy cabbage plate is a simple main course for St. Patrick’s Day. This dish only takes 10 minutes to prepare, making it easy to make ahead of time so it’s ready just in time for dinner. The cabbage wedges add a sweet, buttery flavor that compliments the saltiness in the corned beef for a comforting, authentic combination.

- 2-pound corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 1½ cups water
- ½ head of green cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 7-inch round baking pan
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 300°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Place the corned beef, spice packet, and water into the baking pan. Add enough water to cover the corned beef halfway. Cover the pan tightly with foil, and place it into the preheated baskets.
- Set temperature to 300°F and time to 1 hour, then press Start/Pause. Once the hour has passed, set the air fryer to cook at 300°F for 2 more hours, or until the corned beef is tender. You will need to restart the air fryer every consecutive hour.
- Remove the foil and insert the pan back into the air fryer.
- Set temperature to 400°F and time to 20 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Remove when the top is golden brown and crispy. Set the corned beef aside while you make the cabbage.
- Slice the cabbage into 4 thick wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Insert the cabbage into the air fryer baskets.
- Set temperature to 400°F and time to 14 minutes, then press Start/Pause. Flip the cabbage wedges halfway through cooking.
- Remove cabbage when crispy and golden, and serve with corned beef.
Irish Soda Bread Biscuits (CS358-AF)
Get a taste of traditional Irish soda bread with these quick buttery, flakey biscuits. The air fryer is perfect for achieving that golden brown outside and moist inside everyone loves, while locking in the sweet flavor. With just a few ingredients, and taking under 30 minutes to prep and cook together, these biscuits are a great side to go with butter, jam, or alongside your St. Patrick’s Day meal.

- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- ½ stick unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
- ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins or currants
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Add the orange zest and cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the cranberries and buttermilk and stir with a wooden spoon to gently mix the flour into the buttermilk. Switch to using your hands and form into a slightly sticky ball. Note: If the dough is dry, add a tablespoon of buttermilk at a time. If the dough is too wet to handle, add a tablespoon of flour at a time. Be sure not to overwork the dough, or you will have tough biscuits.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal rounds and place into the preheated baskets lined with parchment paper.
- Set temperature to 350°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
- Remove when the biscuits are golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Irish Pub Loaded Potato “Nachos” (CS100-AO)
Crispy potatoes meet salty corned beef and creamy Irish white cheddar for a tasty and fillingSt. Patrick’s Day appetizer. Make this recipe your own by swapping the baby potatoes for frozen french fries or tater tots or by adding an egg on top to turn it into a delicious breakfast. Taking just 20 minutes to cook in the air fryer, you can enjoy these loaded potatoes with a green beer or Guiness for traditional Irish flavors and a festive holiday.

- 1 pound baby potatoes, quartered
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups Irish cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 10 ounces sliced corned beef, chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Smart Air Fryer Toaster Oven, adjust temperature to 400°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Toss the potatoes with the oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Place the potatoes inside the air fryer basket, then insert the basket at top position in the preheated oven.
- Select the Air Fry and Shake functions, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
- Shake the potatoes halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
- Transfer the potatoes to the food tray when done.
- Layer the potatoes with the cheddar cheese, cabbage, and corned beef.
- Insert the food tray at mid position in the oven.
- Select the Broil function, adjust time to 8 minutes, and press Start/Pause.
- Remove the loaded potatoes from the oven and top with sour cream and green onions.
- Serve the loaded potatoes immediately.
Matcha Green Tea & White Chocolate Cookies (CS100-AO)
Matcha and white chocolate are a well-loved match for their rich, sweet flavor with floral undertones. Festively green for St. Patrick’s day and simple to put together, both kids and adults will have fun creating these from start to finish. These cookies bake quickly with the help of the air fryer toaster oven, yet still come out soft and pillowy. In this recipe, we’ll also give you tips for creating that commonly sought-after, soft and chewy texture that you can apply to every cookie recipe to come.

- ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- Green food coloring gel, as needed
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
- Stand mixer with paddle attachment or hand mixer
- Parchment paper
- Place the room temperature butter and both sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
- Cream the butter and sugar together on medium high speed until light and fluffy, being careful not to overmix. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the bowl and beat on medium high speed until fully incorporated, then scrape down the sides of the bowl again.
- Sift together the flour, matcha powder, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl (Cornstarch will make the cookies chewy).
- Add the dry ingredients into the sugar and butter mixture and beat on low speed until fully incorporated, being careful not to overmix. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to enhance the color and gently stir into the batter.
- Add the white chocolate to the dough and beat on the lowest speed just until they are dispersed throughout the dough, about 10 seconds.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. This will ensure a soft, chewy cookie texture.
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Smart Air Fryer Toaster Oven, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Line the food tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Using a scoop or a spoon, place 1½-tablespoon mounds of dough on the food tray, leaving about an inch of space between each dough mound.
- Flatten each mound slightly by pressing each one with the bottom of a scoop or spoon. Place the extra dough back into the refrigerator in between batches.
- Insert the tray at mid position in the preheated oven.
- Select the Bake function, adjust time to 15 minutes, and press Start/Pause.
- Remove when done and let cool on a wire rack. They will firm up as they cool. Continue baking off the cookies in batches, then serve.
