Mexican Street Corn


  1. Place the cooking pot into the base of the Cosori Smart Indoor Grill, followed by the grill grate.  
  2. Select the Air Grill function on max heat, adjust time to 12 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause to preheat. 
  3. Place the corn onto the preheated grill grate, then close the lid.  
  4. Flip the corn halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when. 
  5. Place the crema and lime juice in a medium bowl and stir until well combined, then transfer into the squeeze bottle. Place the cap onto the squeeze bottle and then set aside until ready to use. Note: Using a funnel may help transferring the crema to the squeeze bottle. 
  6. Remove the corn when done and place onto a platter.  
  7. Use the squeeze bottle to apply the crema to the top of the corn, then sprinkle the lime zest, cotija cheese, cilantro, and chile powder over the top and serve.
