SoCal Veggie Grilled Cheese


  1. Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of each slice of bread, then spread the crème fraîche on the inside of 2 slices.   
  2. Layer the zucchini and garlic over the slices with the crème fraîche.  Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over the zucchini on each slice, then season each slice evenly with ¼ teaspoon pepper and ½ teaspoon salt. 
  3. Layer the Havarti and provolone cheese on the other 2 slices of bread, then combine with the slices layered with zucchini to form 2 sandwiches.  
  4. Place the cooking pot into the base of the Cosori Indoor Grill, followed by the basket.  
  5. Place the sandwiches into the preheated basket, then close the lid.   
  6. Select the Broil function, adjust time to 6 minutes, and press the Preheat button to bypass preheating. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking. 
  7. Open the lid and flip the sandwiches. 
  8. Select the Broil function, adjust time 3 minutes, then press Start/Pause. 
  9. Remove the sandwiches when done.   
  10. Toss the arugula, basil, and dill with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper, then divide the mixture between the 2 sandwiches. 
  11. Serve the sandwiches immediately.
