SoCal Veggie Grilled Cheese
Directions:
- Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of each slice of bread, then spread the crème fraîche on the inside of 2 slices.
- Layer the zucchini and garlic over the slices with the crème fraîche. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over the zucchini on each slice, then season each slice evenly with ¼ teaspoon pepper and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Layer the Havarti and provolone cheese on the other 2 slices of bread, then combine with the slices layered with zucchini to form 2 sandwiches.
- Place the cooking pot into the base of the Cosori Indoor Grill, followed by the basket.
- Place the sandwiches into the preheated basket, then close the lid.
- Select the Broil function, adjust time to 6 minutes, and press the Preheat button to bypass preheating. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking.
- Open the lid and flip the sandwiches.
- Select the Broil function, adjust time 3 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
- Remove the sandwiches when done.
- Toss the arugula, basil, and dill with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper, then divide the mixture between the 2 sandwiches.
- Serve the sandwiches immediately.
