Artichoke Wings with Vegan Ranch Dip


  1. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer then press Start/Pause 
  2. Drain the artichoke hearts and pat dry with paper towels. 
  3. Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl until evenly distributed.   
  4. Pour in the beer and whisk well until no lumps remain. The mixture should resemble pancake batter.    
  5. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a separate medium bowl.   
  6. Line the preheated air fryer baskets with parchment paper. 
  7. Dredge the artichoke hearts in the beer batter, then roll in the panko breadcrumbs.   
  8. Shake off any excess breadcrumbs, then place the dredged artichoke hearts into the lined air fryer baskets.   
  9. Spray the wings lightly with oil and insert into the preheated air fryer. 
  10. Adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 10 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause.   
  11. Flip the wings and spray again halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.  
  12. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a separate medium bowl and whisk together.   
  13. Season to taste with kosher salt. Pour into a bowl for dipping.  
  14. Remove the artichoke wings from the air fryer when done.  
  15. Serve immediately with the vegan ranch dressing.
