Barbecue Baby Back Ribs

  1. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 380°F, and press Start/Pause.
  2. Peel the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a dinner knife under the membrane and over the bone. (Note: The membrane may come off in one whole piece, or you may need to remove it in smaller pieces.)
  3. Cut the rack into 3 equal sections, then dry the ribs thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and mustard powder in a small bowl and mix until combined.
  5. Season the ribs on both sides with the spice mixture.
  6. Wrap each section of ribs tightly with foil, then place the ribs meat-side down into the preheated air fryer basket.
  7. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 25 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
  8. Remove the ribs when done and carefully unwrap the aluminum foil.
  9. Brush the ribs on each side with barbecue sauce, then place them back into the air fryer basket meat-side up.
  10. Set temperature to 380°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause
  11. Remove the ribs from the air fryer when done and let cool slightly before serving.
