Beer and Bacon Mac and Cheese
Directions:
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust to 320F, and press Start/Pause.
- Place the bacon slices in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Select the Bacon function and press Start/Pause.
- Remove the bacon when done and cut into bits.
- Mix together bacon bits, ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese until well combined. Set aside.
- Pour the bacon fat into the cake pan accessory.
- Mix together uncooked macaroni, beer, chicken stock, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, blac pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, ground clove, and clove nutmeg in the cake pan accessory until well combined.
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust to 360°F, and press Start/Pause.
- Place the cake pan accessory in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Adjust the temperature to 360°F, set time for 22 minutes, and press Start/Pause. Stir the macaroni two times during cooking.
- Add warm heavy cream, 1½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, and ½ cup mozzarella cheese into the cooked macaroni until the cheese is melted.
- Top the macaroni and cheese with the bacon and cheese mixture, and place back into the air fryer.
- Adjust the temperature to 360°F, set time for 3 minutes, and press Start/Pause.
