Cherry Clafoutis


  1. Coat the pizza pie pan accessory or any small baking dish, with unsalted butter.
  2. Select Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer. Press Start.
  3. Blend the sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla bean paste, almond extract, and nutmeg together on low speed until combined. Add the flour and salt and pulse to combine until the flour is just incorporated.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, filling it up only halfway. Depending on the size of your baking dish, you may have extra batter to use for a second batch. Place the cherries into the ramekins, evenly spreading them around the batter.
  5. Place the clafoutis carefully into the Air Fryer. Select the Bake preset and press Start.
  6. Invert the clafoutis onto a serving plate so the cherries are visible.
  7. Dust the top of the finished clafoutis with powdered sugar and serve warm, or chill for several hours in the refrigerator and serve cold.
