Dry-Rubbed Steak
Directions
- Combine salt, brown sugar, paprika, ancho chile pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, cumin, and dried oregano.
- Dry steak thoroughly with paper towels.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over the steak and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the steak in the preheated air fryer.
- Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes.
- Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
