Dry-Rubbed Steak


    1. Combine salt, brown sugar, paprika, ancho chile pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, cumin, and dried oregano.
    2. Dry steak thoroughly with paper towels.
    3. Rub the spice mixture generously over the steak and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
    4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
    5. Place the steak in the preheated air fryer. 
    6. Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes. 
    7. Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
