Goat Cheese and Herb Egg Bites

Directions:

1. Whisk together all ingredients.
2. Pour the egg mixture into the Cosori egg bites mold. Set aside half of the egg mixture for a second batch.
3. Set the Air Fryer temperature to 300 F, and set the time to 13 minutes. Place the egg mold into the air fryer basket, close, and press Start. When the timer goes off, carefully insert a toothpick into an egg bite to see if it comes out clean. If not, return the egg bites to the Air Fryer for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Remove the egg bite mold from the Air Fryer, let cool, then remove the egg bites from the mold. Repeat steps 2-4 for the second batch. Enjoy warm.
