Lobster Rolls

Directions:

  1. Mix together the dried oregano, dried thyme, celery salt, and black pepper together and blend in a blender until it forms a fine powder. Set aside. 
  2. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 370°F, then press Start/Pause.
  3. Place lobster tails into the preheated air fryer basket with shell side up. 
  4. Select the Shrimp function, set time to 8 minutes, and press Start/Pause. Flip halfway through cooking.
  5. Place the lobster in the ice bath for 5 minutes, remove from the shell, and cut into chunks.
  6. Mix the mayonnaise, chopped tarragon, chopped chives, ½ teaspoon of the seasoning powder, chopped celery, and chopped shallots with the lobster until well combined.
  7. Season the lobster to taste with salt and store in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. 
  8. Brush the buns on each side with the melted butter and toast the buns in the pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side. 
  9. Divide the lobster evenly between the buns and enjoy.
