Mediterranean Lamb Meatballs


  1. MIX together the lamb, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, cumin, hot sauce, chili powder, scallion, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.
  2. FORM the lamb mixture into 9 balls and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  3. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer and press Start/Pause.
  4. COAT the meatballs in olive oil and place in the preheated air fryer.
  5. SELECT Steak, adjust time to 10 minutes, and press Start/Pause
