Mixed Berry Crumble


  1. Butter the pie dish. In a large bowl combine the berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and salt. Stir to combine, then place in the pie dish. 
  2. Pulse the rolled oats in a food processor until they are coarsely chopped but not turned into oat flour. 
  3. Place the oats in a large mixing bowl Add flour, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, then stir to combine. Add the cubed butter and mix it into the flour mixture using your hands until the dough forms crumbles. 
  4. Crumble the topping all over the berry mixture in clumps.
  5. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F, then press Start/Pause.
  6. Place the dish into the preheated air fryer. 
  7. Set time to 25 minutes and press Start/Pause.
  8. Remove when the filling is bubbling and the topping is crisp and golden. 
  9. Let the crumble set for at least 15 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
