Pork Loin Roast with Cranberry Sauce
Directions
- Brush pork with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest, and chopped rosemary.
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, set temperature to 360°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Line the preheated inner basket with foil. Make sure to securely attach it to the basket.
- Place the pork into the preheated air fryer, set time to 25 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
- Flip the pork when done and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Combine all ingredients for the cranberry sauce in a medium-sized pot.
- Place pot over medium-high heat. Allow mixture to boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened. Discard ginger, orange peel, and thyme.
- Allow pork to rest for 12 minutes before slicing, then serve with cranberry sauce.
