Pumpkin Pie Tartlets with Pecan Crumble
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients for the crust.
- Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, set temperature to 320°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Divide the graham cracker mixture between the 2 mini tart pans, pressing it evenly into the bottom and sides of the pans. Set aside.
- Place the tart pans into the preheated air fryer.
- Select the Bread function, then press Start/Pause.
- Remove when done and allow to cool. Set aside.
- Mix together all ingredients for the filling except the chopped pecans.
- Select the Preheat function on the air fryer, set temperature to 300°F, then press Start/Pause.
- Pour mixture into the cooled graham cracker crusts.
- Place the mini pumpkin pies into the preheated air fryer.
- Select the Desserts function, set time to 15 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
- Remove pies carefully and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Garnish with finely chopped pecans, then serve.
