Pumpkin Pie Tartlets with Pecan Crumble

Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients for the crust.
  2. Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Air Fryer, set temperature to 320°F, then press Start/Pause.
  3. Divide the graham cracker mixture between the 2 mini tart pans, pressing it evenly into the bottom and sides of the pans. Set aside.
  4. Place the tart pans into the preheated air fryer.
  5. Select the Bread function, then press Start/Pause.
  6. Remove when done and allow to cool. Set aside.
  7. Mix together all ingredients for the filling except the chopped pecans.
  8. Select the Preheat function on the air fryer, set temperature to 300°F, then press Start/Pause.
  9. Pour mixture into the cooled graham cracker crusts.
  10. Place the mini pumpkin pies into the preheated air fryer.
  11. Select the Desserts function, set time to 15 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
  12. Remove pies carefully and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  13. Garnish with finely chopped pecans, then serve.
