Whipped Mascarpone Frosting
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces mascarpone, cold
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, for garnish
