Caramel Swirl Brownies

  1. Whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, instant espresso, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the flour is fully incorporated.
  4. Mix the brownie batter for another 15 seconds until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a prepared parchment lined 8 X 8 inch baking pan.
  6. Spoon the caramel sauce over the batter, then swirl gently into batter with the tip of a toothpick or knife
  7. Select Bake and Preheat functions on the Cosori Air Fryer oven, and press Start/Pause
  8. Place the brownies onto the middle rack of the preheated air fryer oven, then press Start/Pause. The air fryer oven will let you know when it is done preheating. 
  9. Remove the brownies from the oven when done cooking and allow to cool for 1 hour
  10. Remove the brownies from the pan, then take off the parchment, cut and serve.
