Pat the chicken dry and remove the insides. Drizzle olive oil over and massage into the chicken. Season all over and the inside cavity with salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the chicken in a deep baking dish that fits inside the air fryer oven. Place the quartered lemon, garlic bulb, and rosemary in the cavity of the chicken. Add the white wine in the bottom of the baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
Place the baking dish onto the bottom rack of the air fryer oven.
Select the Slow Cook function, adjust time to 1 hour 45 minutes, and press Start/Pause.
Remove chicken when the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove the foil.
Place the baking dish back into the air fryer oven. Select the Broil function, and press Start/Pause.
Remove when chicken is golden and skin is crispy.
Allow chicken to rest for 15 minutes before carving and serving.
