Za’atar Chicken Wings


  1. Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 400°F, then press Start/Pause 
  2. Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, then toss with the za’atar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and salt until evenly coated. 
  3. Place the wings into the preheated air fryer basket. 
  4. Set temperature to 390°F and time to 19 minutes, then press Start/Pause. 
  5. Flip the wings over halfway through cooking  
  6. Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce.  
  7. Add ice water slowly one tablespoon at a time, whisking between additions, until the sauce is thinned out to the consistency of a creamy salad dressing. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt. 
  8. Remove the wings when done, then serve with the tahini sauce on the side.
